This section provides the Terms of Service for the use of and access to the website operated by Substrate (“Substrate”, “we”, “us”), www.substrate.nyc. Your use of any part of the Substrate website including any purchases constitutes your agreement with these Terms of Service and we reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made they will be updated on this page. Your continued use, including accessing, browsing and all other uses shall be considered agreement to any modifications.

Agreement with the Terms of Service obliges the user that they are of the age of majority in their state or province of residence or that the user is the age of majority in their state or province of residence and have given consent to allow any of their minor dependents to use the Substrate website.

Users are prohibited from using the Substrate website and products for any malfeasance, in any manner deemed illegal or unauthorized or that violates any laws within user’s jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to copyright laws and the transmission of any malicious computer code, viruses or worms.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

The representation of colors over the internet varies across devices, display monitors and interfaces. Substrate makes a variety of efforts to accurately present the color but can not guarantee that your computer or device displays the color precisely.

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time and without prior notice at Substrate’s sole discretion.

Products on the Substrate website are limited in quantity. Substrate reserves the right to decline, limit or discontinue the sale of any product, at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on the Substrate website site is void where prohibited.

Products on the Substrate website can be returned or exchanged in strict accordance with our Return Policy

For any transaction initiated on the Substrate website by the user, user agrees to provide complete and accurate information.

Substrate does not sell, share, track or collect any personal data and only uses personal data for the purposes of completing purchases or direct communication. The Substrate website provides a range of information. Among this content errors may occur and/or information may be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.
