Asymmetrical, versatile tunic. Layers easily over pants and skirts. Can also be worn alone as a shorter length tunic/dress.
Front neckline sits askew with overlapping left lapel that hooks into multiple positions. As a result, neckline adjusts in length from mid-chest down to upper midriff. Adaptable for nursing mothers.
Two deep side seam pockets.
Wears as either formal or casual depending on pairings.
Slow sewn and hand stitched in certain sections.
Fabric:
Recycled, pre-consumer fabric from FabScrap (See here for more on Fabscrap's process).
Made from 100% Japanese cotton twill. This is a heavy weight fabric that is stiff with a good amount of integrity, structure and shape. Does not crease easily.
Hem and sleeve facings are made from a Japanese pima cotton sourced from NYC’s garment district.
